The stress of all the debt I owed was overcoming, and almost intolerable. Bill collectors were calling me at all hours of the day and night demanding payment. “I never thought in a million years I would have to even consider bankruptcy. But, sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. I bought a house at the wrong time in the wrong place, and as a result ended up in foreclosure.
I had just lost my house, my credit was shot, my car was falling apart, and I was feeling really hopeless. I struggled for a long time over the decision to file bankruptcy and went to see Mr. Magauran to find out what my options were. For me, getting myself into his office was probably the hardest part.
