I have been a Hawaii Consumer Bankruptcy attorney since 1995. Before that I was exposed to bankruptcy by representing creditors as a Honolulu bankruptcy attorney for creditors. I quickly saw that the way to really make a difference (which was why I went to law school in the first place) was to assist the honest but unfortunate debtor to gain a fresh start.
